On 5th March Ambassador Kelly Degnan has visited The University of Georgia and The School of Science and Technology. Ambassador Kelly Degnan and Rob Manning Chief Engineer at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, congratulated students at the University of Georgia for successfully completing a life-size replica of the Mars rover and small size robot. NASA’s space program continues to inspire students at the University of Georgia to excel at science and engineering. Ambassador Kelly Degnan has visited Idealab, which was founded in frame of MENVIPRO projects, has Acquainted with the projects objectives and has discussed with students. UG students have created Mars rover robot in idealab. They are using facilities of lab to create creative projects in electronics and Enviromental's protection. The United States has several programs in Georgia to support science, technology, engineering, and mathematics as part of our effort to develop a more prosperous and inclusive economy.
